Hi guys, today I will talk about an organ of the human body that is interesting for me, that organ is the appendix, how you can suppose for the title of this blog. I think that the appendix was a interesting organ because a lot of people thinks that this organ doesn't makes any function in the human body, they thinks that this organ was just used for the ancient species of Homo and for the evolution we don't need this organ. But the appendix does have an function in our body, this organ meets the function of harbor bacteria which make up the intestinal flora and perform fundamental functions in our body. The appendix was located near the point of attachment of the small intestine and colon, as researchers of the Duke University Medical Center found in 2009, and this organ also has a size of eight centimeters approximately.
